Chair: Dorletta Payton

With a Bachelor's degree from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, Dorletta has always been enthusiastic about education. She is the vice chairman of BAAWG, a grass roots organization created to combat the academic achievement gap, and has served as the co-chair of DuPage County NAACP's ACT-SO chapter since 2008. Our local ACT-SO program continues to receive national recognition for student achievement. Professionally, Dorletta works at the Quad County Urban League in Aurora as the Director of Education and Youth Services.
