1.   Investigates cases reported to and makes recommendations to the executive committee
2.   Assist in the legal defense of those who are victims of blatant discrimination
3.   Act as an advisor to the branch on legal matters
4.   Recommend to the Executive Committee matters that require direct action
5.   Complete monthly report as needed
