Rose M. Madison
Rose M. MadisonRose is a Subscribing Life Member of the NAACP. She serves as Secretary, Membership Chair, Webmaster and Community Coordination Chair. Involved for the past seven years, she actively advocates on behalf of the Branch by informing others of the significance of NAACP membership, maintaining the membership database and collaborating with other service organizations. Rose works for Benedictine University as the Assistant Registrar for Technical Services and Support and she also serves as the Advisor for the Black Student Union. She is the proud mother of three beautiful daughters, Aarika, Aarian and Raina and one grandson, Mikhail. Rose has been a member of New Horizon Christian Fellowship Church for the past 16 years. Involvement with the NAACP gives Rose great joy in knowing that she is continuing a legacy that her father started many years ago when he became a Life Member of the NAACP in 1966. Core Responsibilities
1.   Provide ongoing updates from National office to the branch email address
2.   Ensure proper meeting minutes are executed
3.   Ensure proper protocol is being followed through on branch matters
4.   Work with President to ensure report on branch administration matters as necessary
5.   Continuous updates to executive committee roster including monthly meeting schedule – distribute to Exec Committee upon updates
6.   Keep in touch with all local community organizations and enlist their support
7.   Oversee membership database and process management
8.   Complete Monthly Membership Database report and work with President to ensure report on branch administration matters as necessary
