The annual adult membership of $30 no longer includes a subscription to the monthly magazine,
The Crisis. The magazine, created in 1910 by W.E.B Du Bois, has been discontinued.
The Crisis magazine was the premier crusading voice for civil rights. It was one of the
oldest, black periodicals in America that provided relevant information to people of color.

As a member of the DuPage County Branch, you will be recognized nationally as a
member of the NAACP. Membership in the NAACP is your opportunity to give back to the organization that has
done more than any other organization in the nation’s history to change social, economical, educational, and
political conditions for people of color, women, and others who have been disenfranchised.

Purchase your membership online! If you renew through the National website at naacp.org, please remember to indicate your affiliation with DuPage County NAACP, Unit #3012. If your membership card does not show Unit 3012, please contact the membership team and ask them to change your affiliation to 3012. You may obtain additional information by calling them at (877) 253-7100 from 8am to 5pm EST.
NAACP Perks Card
The NAACP is pleased to announce we are now offering our members’ great benefits that include financial products, and access to discounts that help enrich their lives. Members will also receive more information when they renew their membership and/or join for the first time. Our membership card has a brand new look and will grant access to a number of national and local discounts. Our card will now feature the PerksCard® logo.
